Dhyana’s fun at the beach

Post Dhyana ocean 3D frame 72dpi 500px

Dhyana’s first trip to the ocean was fun for her, Marenna, and me (Conor stayed with his grandmother this weekend). We went to Oregon for a hot air balloon reason, but decided to spend some time at the Oregon coast. At first she was timid of the waves and not sure if they were safe or attacking her (or just chasing her back to the beach). After a few minutes she watched Marenna splash in the waves and decided she too wanted to have fun in the sun jumping in the waves. It was cold, but that did not last long with all the fun we were having. The salt water made for sticky fur, but it was worth it.

  1. It was a lot of fun at that beach, the pictures of Dhyana are very cute. I like how her ears are flapping in them. The waves were big that day, It would have been good for body boarding. That was good times, memories I will never forget.

    1. I completely agree. It was funny how she at first was timid, but then chased and jumped around the waves. It was fun taking time to do something different. The civil war reenactment was also interesting to see that day. A good camping trip weekend.

  2. Wait a second! You didn’t talk about me! I was there too! I am glad you did not take me to the beach though, that water looks freeeezing!

    1. Sorry Mitra. It was nice to have you along for the trip. I know Marenna had fun with you. Perhaps next time we can make a small life jacket for you to try out the waves.

    2. It was fun being with you. I don’t think you would have enjoyed the water because it was cold, but you may have liked the warm sand (but I think you would have just sat there). Maybe next time.

  3. It was a GREAT time and I am excited to go back to the beach! I know I can get those waves to go back out to the ocean next time.

    1. We will make plans to go to the beach again this summer; it was fun camping and going to the ocean. I’m not sure if you can chase the waves back to the ocean, but it is fun playing with them.
